I am Tara J. Tracy, the owner of TT's Legal Document Services. I opened TT’s Legal Document

Services when my former boss Dana R. Stoker, owner of the Law Office of Dana R. Stoker in

Lake Havasu City, AZ retired. I have worked as a Paralegal in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona

area for over 20 years.

I am certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as an AZCLDP#81810. I am also an Arizona

Notary Public.

TT’s Legal Document Services provides affordable and accurate legal document preparation. In

addition to drafting your legal documents, I also file your documents with the court, record them

with the County Recorder, facilitate service of your court documents, if needed (hire a process

server), publish in the newspaper (if needed) and track case deadlines. See my services tab for a

TT’s Legal Document Services is not an attorney’s office, nor do we have an attorney on staff.

However, if you need a referral to an attorney, I will assist you in finding one. Often consumers get the term Paralegal confused with certified Legal Document Preparer because they perform much of the same duties, however there is a difference. A Paralegal as defined by Arizona Supreme Court, Rule 31, is supervised by an attorney, an active member of the State Bar Association. A certified Legal Document Preparer as defined by Arizona Supreme Court, Rule 31, and Arizona Codes of Judicial Administration § 7-208 and § 7-201 holds a special certification which does not require the supervision of an attorney.

In other words, I can provide general legal information and draft legal documents but cannot give

I have lived in Lake Havasu City for over 23 years, with my husband of 33 years, Michael. We

have two adult children, married with two grandchildren. We raised both of our kids in Lake

Havasu City, AZ and love it here.

I obtained a Legal Assistant/Administrative Assistant Certificate from Brown Business College,

Springfield Il.in 1994. I worked for various companies throughout the years, mostly in legal

departments until I came to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 2001. I obtained a position with the Law

Office of Dana R. Stoker in 2004. Dana mentored me from start to finish how the legal world

and law office worked. He was an amazing teacher and I feel blessed to have met him and still

have him in my life. I have spent the last couple of years getting my AAS in Paralegal and Legal

Paraprofessional Certificate.

 

It is my pleasure to bring to you accurate, affordable legal document preparation and timely

manner with the same integrity and professionalism as what was expected of me when working

at the law office.
